Description
EURO-MAT FGM is a ready-to-use, 100% biodegradable blended mulch made of “PREMIUM” vegetable fibres (NFU 44-4551), with added stabilising agents, germination activators and growth enhancers. In hydroseeding, EURO-MAT F.G.M. outperforms mulches in the S.M.M. (Stabilized Mulch Matrix), B.F.M. (Bonded Fibre Matrix) and E.F.M. (Engineered Fiber Matrix) ranges.
ACTION
Hydro-mulch acts on three levels:
- Provides a “Temporary” Anti-Erosion Protection for the medium term (>6 months <24 months):This product acts like a real “barrier”, absorbing the impact energy of raindrops (the “splash” effect) whilst at the same time capturing rainwater from thunderstorms.
- Accelerates Germination: Its water retention capacity allows the seeds and seedlings to develop in a “controlled” environment where it concerns temperature and hydro stress. The presence of germination activators and growth enhancers allows for quick establishment of the green cover.
- Increases Performance Levels:Applied hydraulically through a Hydroseeder, this product does not need any specific jobsite preparation nor fixation systems.
